    The issue is here that the hop breaks down after hop 3, Hop3 is the cogeco network once out of the network we have no control this is something to forward to Square Enix.

    According to Cogeco, Hop 4 and on is SE's Network and for some reason I am now being routed through Europe even though I play on an NA Server (Hyperion) only 4 hours from the actual game Server in Montreal.

    Throughout the entire day, even more so in the evening. ISP connection is excellent. I get recurring error codes of 2002, 90000 and 90002.

    Frequency of problem (e.g. every 2 minutes)
    Every 1-3 minutes. Since 2/13/16, the game has been virtually unplayable.

    Everywhere. Can roam free, but any interaction (attacking) or change of area causes disconnection from server.

    the lag is a big issue all mi raid have the same problems and i playing a ninja the mudras are a pain because most of the time the bunny say hello, and i never have several issues with the lag except for sometimes the mudras, fix the servers already
