Lag on Ragnarok since EU server move

Hi, ever since the EU server move I have had horrible lag spikes which are affecting my ability to play the game. It takes longer for new areas to load after teleporting than it used to by around 10 seconds or so and whenever I'm in duty or taking part in fates the game responds slowly to the commands I input. Sometimes the game freezes for around 2-3 seconds while it catches up and I come up with an afk symbol above my head sometimes. I am based in the UK and have spoken to another UK player I met on DF who also has these issues. It's making my PS4 version of the game play like the Ps3 version in that it even takes 5 seconds for mounts to load, when before it was almost instantaneous. I can still play the game but I will not be able to progress if something is not done about it, because I can't accurately avoid aoes in raids when the lag is this bad. Please help.
