if you lose your sh!t over small things like occasionaly extended dungeon run times because of your personal time constraints/schedule, then you should probably stop playing MMOs and find hobbies/games that will suit your time.

If you're cool with ruin spam smns or ice blm, then you can give them their maroon participation ribbon. I am more than happy to tell them their performance is on the low side and where they can find guides to improve.
