Time reversal and time magic isn't a new idea, but I'll ask you the same question as I did your RDM post. What is your idea of how it would fit in the current meta? The combination of hp buffers (with sch) and raw healing power (whm) was already augmented with a buff-focused and mobile (in a short burst) healer (AST). Even then, the AST still heals primarily through the SCH or WHM methods. I understand that you want a theme, and that it is more of a mitigation healer, but I don't know what hole it addresses.

Also, melee healers are just not going to work. Can you imagine having to work around a melee healer when they're dealing with a Judgment Nisi mechanic (like in Alex 4)? That healer is going to get kicked at least 9/10 attempts. It could still be a TP healer though but one that switches between melee and ranged combat (possibly a dancer using chakrams or their oversized cousins, the wind-and-fire wheels).
thanks for the 1000 limit bypass. and honestly I never planned on posting these. a GM contacted me in game about another issue and this topic came up. They liked the idea and encouraged me to post it in this very area. The whole idea of these classes is to put them in new areas. As far as I know no healer can remove white breath. These guys could. White has regen, scholar shields, ast one of each (and cant remove white breath and has cards, maybe I dont play ast enough to see the time influence yet as their spells do heal and dont reverse it?), hense the "next attack does x% less damage" temporal healing effect. One very interesting (and very OP) talent they could have is this "-x%" buff could prevent a wipe, maybe as a consequence the time mage is dead for the rest of the fight (essentially granting the party a few vital seconds for the very close call fights?)
