Potions buff Summoner's pets, so does Foe's requiem. The only things that don't buff pets are non-magical buffs such as Raging Strikes, Balance cards, etc.

And DEX pots buff Turrets. Hmmmm. Someone should confirm if HE does/doesn't buff the turret.
