Isn't that the case for the female ones too? Can't really recall any female Scion with anything that isn't just minor changes, with Minfilia being the exception, just as Alphinaud is. Although, truth be, ignoring the scions bit, his outfit would probably be unisex due to his sister wearing the exact same thing. Not to mention that there are female cosplayers that the dev team have first-hand knowledge of having an interest in (whether they play a female character or not is up in the air though).
This is honestly a valid outlook lol. It's odd for it to not be dyable, even if it were just the pink fabric areas, all things considered. I wasn't going to get it, but can definitely understand how it loses value because of the lack of a dye option.

which is why i think they should give us a Cid Garlond set for the males.Isn't that the case for the female ones too? That'd be really good IMO. That'd also mean a request for Yugiri for female, but I'd think that'd qualify as unisex. I'm still hoping for Gaius and the tribuni to be available somehow as glamour, even if they were each male/female exclusive. Even the officers would be kinda cool. We already have access to the grunts, after all.

Then we run into the problem that there are more female scions than male scions ( and not counting the 3 leaders either ). I still do want the unisex twins outfit and book though, I like their book a lot. Maybe they should make Garlean armours available for male characters lol. Garleans tend to like male leaders more so far.
So it won't even be dyeable? You sirs just lost a sale.
I kind of wish everything was unisex. I've found gender restrictions on gear to be irritating in every mmo I've played. It's unnecessarily limiting.
At least add some sort of counterpart for the other gender. :/

i would be perfectly OK with a few glamour items being female exclusive. but they way they have it as now the gap is only getting larger. and it is favoritism (to an extent) if they are making gear exclusively for females.
Side note: i do recall SE saying it was easier to fit gear on female models then it was on male models, if this is true, would that not mean they don't want to bother with fitting gear for males? (i may be wrong with them saying this,if so, please ignore the side note)

Even if this was true, which is questionable in many cases, they need to start exercising self-restraint when they put their time into fitting male-style outfits to the ladies if they want to keep things fair (which takes time, even if it's not as much time as the reverse). But most of the items are so similar to existing ones (plain long skirt versus spring skirt, miscellaneous shoes and hats) that I don't really believe the argument that the size of the gap is due to our cumbersome, lanky male bodies at all. If they can find the time to fit the same things to female Roegadyn and female Lalafell and keep coming up with alternate female-only garments, they clearly have time to give us our missing bunny ears, hats and shoes![]()
