Raising the exp output would accomplish that without nerfs.

Giving more exp in no way increases the rate at which you Kill something. You do not magically do more damage just because you get more exp.

I will say I'd like them to fix the bugged chains. I hate when we're in opposite corners and the game doesn't beeak the blasted chain.
