I think the bigger issue here is that it looks like they are going to nerf Garuda Story mode...

Difficulty adjustments to certain dungeons and trials
We will be re-adjusting various 2.x dungeons and trials, such as Garuda, for new players.

I also haven't seen anything relating to adding a minimum ilvl for accessing the level 51+ part of the leveling roulette dungeons.
The amount of times its thrown me in there while I'm wearing spirit binding gear for vale. ;-;
Luckily I've always got gear to switch into, but I've seen people with ilvl 55 weapons in Dusk Vigil... >_>

It's a real shame too. It's one of the few challenges left this game has that can't simply be outgeared in time.

HOW is that possible, they can get a free i115 weapon from the main story (that they HAVE to do to get DV) and can buy an i115 weapon from a vendor for like 10k (which takes like a max of 3 hours to earn.......giving time for people that dont know how to do it)

that is a new level of suck and that person needs to learn or to leave
