Echo can be turned off, so difficulty of all other content is playable based on the players decision. All content should be adjusted to duty finder eventually at least so everyone can at least attempt trying it. If its too difficult then let each player decide themselves. Duty Finder, when its 3:00 a.m. a party can still be made, when its slow on my world others worlds are at prime time and a party may be still made. Difficult content is the only thing that will keep players interested, nerfing stuff just helps old content to be boring quicker.

By the time I get a group, willing to stick around to try Savage Coil, it will be such old content it will probably be nerfed!!!! Seriously, Duty Finder would be a good idea, also everything else uses it.
