Will we get The Art of Ishgard on the NA Store?

So I'm usually looking at the Japanese eStore for SE and I've noticed they have a lot more neat things than the NA one does including this art book.

I just want to know if I should preorder it through the Japanese site or if we're getting it too.

I believe it's coming in February 2016 for the NA and EU stores. A bit annoying to have to wait longer but I think the saving on international shipping will make waiting worthwhile for many people.

3,240¥ is less than $30. The yen is weaker than USD. I remember how the currency difference is, I was in Japan in August. I got The Elder Wand from Universal Studios Japan, and it was 3,840¥, which is about $35.
