Botanist: What is the point of Heavens Lemon being a collectible?

I collected a bunch of Heavens Lemons when I was 56 that are still sitting in my inventory. I'm lv60 now and they never appeared as a collectible that can be turned in. So far it is the only collectible in game that you can't even turn in, yet around lv56 I read somewhere that Cloud Banana and Heavens Lemon were recommended to gather for scrips. I did that and now have a ton of Heavens Lemon ever since and can't find where they can be exchanged for the scrips.

EDIT: Nevermind, it has strangely appeared in the list all of a sudden even though I checked the list numerous times before, and not something you can miss since the turnins in your inventory highlight white in the list. Maybe it was a bug.

I seem to have noticed they have the same reset time as GC turn-ins. And I seem to recall they list the time left on the bottom of the collectable turn in window too. Also, I don't remember the case with Heaven's Lemon but some gathered collectible status stuff can be turned to crystals/clusters.
