It used to be much worse. They used to not automatically reset for hours on end...you would have to submit a ticket to get it reset faster.

Now it generally only takes me the time it takes to reboot the modem...which is usually the cause of my disconnect (TWC reboots me when changing my routing and it sometimes happens when in a duty). Literally only a few minutes of down time in most cases...get back in the instance and continue on. Maybe the constant retries is complicating it?
