When can you turn in collectibles like Heavens Lemon?

I've been following recommendations on good collectibles to gather at each level range, and when I was around 56, Cloud Banana and Heavens Lemon were the recommended ones to gather. I'm now 59 and past gathering Heavens Lemon for scrips, but Heavens Lemon has yet to be an option to turn in at Mor Dhona. Does it appear in the list once you hit 60? I'm just wondering because they are taking up a lot of space in my inventory. and not feeling like clearing space in retainer at moment.

EDIT: Nevermind, it has strangely appeared in the list all of a sudden even though I checked the list numerous times before, and not something you can miss since the turnins in your inventory highlight white in the list. Maybe it was a bug.

It's not a bug. Rowena's bounty board rotates every day at the same time Grand Company provisioning/supply missions are refreshed; in your case, Cloud Bananas and Heavens Lemons are mutually exclusive turn-ins.

Thanks. Yeah I just read that in a similar thread I posted somewhere else about this issue and someone replied saying the same thing. I was not aware of that before.
