Thread: No Hildibrand in 3.1?

Hildibrand is very much a slapstick comedy routine, and naturally that doesn't sit well with everyone.

The quests themselves have had highs and lows (The 2.3 and 2.5 questlines were fantastic, while 2.4 was actually pretty damn awful) and I'm in agreement with those that say that too much Hildibrand runs the risk of becoming stale extremely quickly. Even the 2.x series started to get a little old when Ulty was introduced but then the 2.5 quests and the finale completely had me in stitches.

I'd love to see Hildi again but not if it's going to be the same old one-time gags.

If we end up going to the moon, I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't see Hildibrand til then. Take into consideration, he did survive a huge fall, being buried alive and yet he's alive. So I can imagine that if we are to see his quirky antics it will be with him on the moon with blade in hand which honestly would be fun to see.
