Suggestion: Vendors for Armor/Weapons

I understand that not all armors or weapons should be sold by vendors, but I'd like to find a way to set a standard for the Market Ward sales for low level items so that low level players can easily find themselves some affordable gear. In order to do this, I thought maybe vendors should sell armors and weapons up until about rank 25. This way, players would have no problem with lower level gear, and that by 25 they are ready to do Toto-rak and NMs to obtain r25-35 gears.

Just a quick thought. This would also set a standard in the Market Wards for pricing and possibly dyed gear as well. What do you guys think?

Every guild already have NPC that sells the specific type of armor.

Erm..dont we already have vendor that sell low rank gear?

Well even so, its still a bit difficult to afford that gear, and most of it that is in the market wards are even more expensive and/or not even made. I am aware of the vendors right now, but not all of them have items that are affordable.

It was just a little idea I had in mind, I'm not planning on pushing it so far if it isn't that much of a problem.
