LB not on HotBar, but still goes off!

I play on the PS4 & I've been having an issue where I will LB in a dungeon without meaning to. I do not have LB on my HotBar currently (This issue is happening on my low-level healer) so I'm really confused. Looked at macros/etc and could not find any preset LB setting I need to change. Google didn't yield any results either. I feel like I'm going crazy anyone have this issue too?

You can find the LB button in "Action & Traits" > "Main Commands", then assign it to your hotbar ^^;
