Feedback on Spell Casting Time.

Do i really need to write this?

It plain sucks now, and im not happy...im furious!
I dont know why the dev team is doing this, are you trying to make us play less?

Please put it back to where it was in previous patch, its not even fun playing CON or THM anymore with utterly insane casting time delay.

other then that, this whole "[dev1149] Players will no longer be able to select a new action command before the current action has been executed." make me wanna scream.

i was soloing NMs and sometimes I had to wait up to 5s before I was able to cast spell/use skill. While mob was still eating my Stoneskin/HP.

before patch 1.19 I was able to start casting another spell ~1-2s before previous one was finished.
right now for no reason game gives me errors about not being able to use another action even if it was take 5s ago.

this is VERY annoying.

and I wasn't spamming the button. I pushed it 1/s.
