Punishment for exploitation of Power Leveling

I feel there should be some sort of punishment for those who willing took advantage of power leveling. Either a rollback of the ill gotten experience points, or even a suspension or ban for the really big exploiters. It's unfair to those that leveled legitimately.

Jeeze. Why don't you complain about not being able to solo exp instead.
So that SE actually addresses that solo exp is a problem.
Poor lvl 10s and 15s shouting in uld all day unable to get exp.
