By the by, exploit means more than just the typical implementation, exploiting means, given official response, being afk and leveling while being powerleveled, you're exploiting a bug that way.

exploiting in MMOs can be defined as "abusing an unintended effect gaining an unfair advantage" with PL the effect was intended just not the extent that it was, this is in no way the players fault and it is in no way an unfair advantage.
