Are you really this blind? It was the first party to attack and it was ALWAYS going to be this, go read the patch notes and every pre dev letter, No where does it state the first PERSON only the first PARTY which is working exactly as intended. No, you're completely incorrect lol. The way it's supposed to be is that anyone can attack a mob, claimed or not. But the first person to tag it gets the exp and items. The way it is now, the high level can be in your party and you don't even have to touch the mob to get the rewards. That's what they're going to fix. The low level will have to tag the mobs, then have the high level, outside the party, help kill them.
Are you really this retarded?
You're not supposed to get full exp if a high level character is in a low level party. That's what is broken. That has nothing to do with the claiming system. Everything I said is correct if it's just 1 high level PLing 1 low level. If it's a high level PLing a low level party, just insert the word party where it belongs lol.
This thread was really starting to go somewhere... Then you showed back upAre you really this retarded?

exp has ALWAYS been based on your level, not the higher level in the party, ALWAYS(not counting the original exp gain formula at launch)
this is no mistake

Yoshida says it in his effing comments.
"we didn’t foresee the extent to which low level players can sit AFK, while in the same party with a much higher level character fighting monsters, without the level differences between the players being applied to the incoming EXP."

without the level differences, thats how the game works, and how its programmed
thats no mistake
your trying to find something thats not there
hes specificaly saying that the level differences between players DOES NOT affet incoming sp(outside the party bonus that is, since you dont recieve that 1 person whos higher then yous)

That's bullshit lol. Prior to this patch if a level 50 is in a party with a level 1, and kills a level 1 mob, the level 1 would not get exp for it.yes
