Punishment for exploitation of Power Leveling

I feel there should be some sort of punishment for those who willing took advantage of power leveling. Either a rollback of the ill gotten experience points, or even a suspension or ban for the really big exploiters. It's unfair to those that leveled legitimately.

Then you would feel a lot better about the levels you got slowly huh? I agree, tons of people should be banned, suspended, or rolled back so you feel better. You poor thing.
