    Need Server Suggestions

I'm an NA player who plays on an EU server. I'm in an FC with many NA players, and we've been getting pretty bad latency issues. We've decided to transfer and we need some suggestions. Leviathan is our current choice, because some old friends are already there.

The main things we'd be looking for:
    -Friendly community
-Lots of players. On the EU server, its dead around the time we play. We want lots of players anywhere between 4pm-11pm PT on weekdays. All day and late nights on weekends.
-Decent raiding scene. We havent attempted any Savage, but it's something we'd like to try. We want to be able to put together groups for easier raid content as well as be able to get groups for harder raid content.
-New players. We like to recruit newer members into our FC and help them through the game. It would be nice to be able to do that on the new server, but its not necessary.

tl;dr - Looking to transfer to an North American server. Friendly! Raiding! Populated! Need some suggestions.

    http://xivsoul.com/

Website that counts viewable character profiles off lodestone making a rough count of the player population of each server.

I can only speak for Hyperion and Tonberry.

Hyperion: players are organized from hunts to highest tiers of raiding. By organized i refer to how the whole server tends to reference a single source for tracking NM's or using a specific strategy for raid and trial content. There are a handful of linkshells just for hunting, just for pugging high tier content and FC's for static raiding.

Tonberry: JP's and English speaking users interacting on a JP server/datacenter. JP's have their own way of doing things, English language users have their own way of doing things.
