You don't really seem to understand what the ARMOURY system is, do you? The Armoury System allows the option to change classes and jobs on the fly by equipping a different mainhand item. That's the basis of the system. It's purpose isn't to have you be at the same gear level across all classes and jobs. It's purpose isn't to have you be at the same skill level across all your roles. It only gives you the option to change the class and role instantly.
Now, I don't agree with the Eso tomestone cap myself, since I love gearing up my healers together. However, the Eso cap doesn't stop me from changing to a DRG. It doesn't stop me from becoming a crafter or a gatherer. It doesn't stop me from levelling my other classes up. In no way is the Eso cap contradicting what the Armoury System is; a way to let us switch classes on the fly.
If you're going to give a reason to dislike the cap, at least use a sensible example.
