Item level requirements for all the dungeons

Players farm fates and then they decide to do a dungeon... few of them might use wrong accessories to get the boost, but hopefully not that many. We can't do much about players' sklil, but gear... it isn't that hard to buy few items from your crafting friends or from the local market boards. I know it costs money but this isn't a single player game, players should show some compassion to their team mates.

Gubal Library should probably have a down sync too lol.

I am half level away from that hell. Honestly not looking forward to tank it. Maybe it would be better to skip it... Oh, so that's why it is bloody hard to get a tank for this thing in DF.
