Yeah... it's likely going to knacker up the tables for a while. Internet traffic is prone to short term spiking all the time, so it sometimes takes a while for long-term adjustments to get locked in. Kinda like it takes a car about 100 miles of driving to adjust to a change in gas formulation and stuff--has to log a lot of short-trim on-the-fly compensations before it starts to change the long-term trim it uses as the base-line.

I did some poking around in a looking glass earlier today and saw some historical data showing Level3 getting pushed to lower priority while TATA was moving up the lists in some areas in the US. Hopefully the same thing will start happening overseas soon as well.
