Anyone else having lag on Leviathan?

Raist been going on with that for awhile without really explaining us (None networking) people what he is saying, its not really helping me with the info he is giving besides "Call your provider and get them to do "blaahalskjdflkjsdflkjsdfs"

I've been having really bad lag since the last maintenance on excalibur. It really sucks.

Both my and my partner play on Leviathan and have had terrible lag spikes that have been getting us killed while raiding. No other MMO we play has this issue and our internet connection is steady and isn't dropping download/upload. If this can't be fixed we will have to look at cancelling our sub as the lag is pretty bad and random. I don't know any anyone else but I have noticed it happens mostly between 7pm to 1am CST. After that is occurs less frequently.
