Sooo... As every AST knows, that since the last rebalance, Collective Unconscious was buffed so that it reduces damage taken and gives an HoT called Wheel of Fortune that refreshes on the Global Tick for as long as its channeled. Its very nice, especially leveling, to throw all three of your HoTs and even a Bole on the tank then use Time Dilation, but you might have noticed that it can take a few seconds for the HoT to even stick, so if you move before the tick you have wasted the ability.

Suggested Change: As soon as the ability is activated, have the effect go off, then refresh as normal with the Global Tick.

This also applies to Sacred Soil.

I wouldn't say this should be applied to the other bubble/AoE skills like Asylum, Shadowflare, Salted Earth, Flaming Arrow, and other that I've missed, because you would indirectly buff their potency. Would it be nice though? Yes @.@.
