I believe it's been mentioned before that the glamor DoW/Tank/DoM/Job/etc requirements were because of aesthetics.

However, we have the snowman tanks, the bikini tanks, the whatever aesthetics.

Recently, the Void Gear and the 3.1 dungeon gear... I can't even tell what gear might be which disciples. I can hazard a guess, but when I look at them I am not going "That is totally a tank!"

This is also not talking about the library's coats.
