there was a rutheless gilionaire title thats been moved to legacy status and no longer obtainable. It required obtaining gil by slaying enemies. I don't think anyone ever got it.

Actually you can earn it in just ~250 days.
Triple HQ leves were 5-6k gil each before HW, I'm sure you can find a 7k leve now. You can find some tips in this pre-3.0 thread

This title actually is a very long term goal for me. I've broken the 1 million gil mark, somehow, without even getting serious about it. I probably will once all my crafts are actually at 60.

6 leves a day not 3. Takes it down to just over 2 years, which is more than doable.

I'm glad there's some hard to get/long term titles and achievements. Not everything has to be easy and done in a day ^^

i dont know if i agree, long term is ok, but when massive amounts of luck is needed, i say no at that point. and depends on definition of long term,
1-2 years, ok,
3-4 years questionable but better be a worthwile thing.
5+ years no thanks, ffxi style time sinks kinda died out, lets leave it dead
