On regards to communication, a good tip for speedrunning would be to have the waymarks at hand.

You can use it to signal "here is where I will stop", so your party is ready for the heals and AoEing.

It is also useful to say "wait here".
Its much easer for people to know where to place their Shadowflares or alike too...

Hi KojiroSasaki! I was wondering if it would be a good idea to discuss how to allocate your bonus attribute points while leveling up. I'm leveling a gladiator and would appreciate the advice.

Keeping your gear updated is more important than the attribute points. I would go with: "Do you want to make your healer's live easier?" Vitality. "Do you want to make your enmity management easier?" Str. I usually go with 2 str for 1 vit ratio as during leveling sometimes you have to fight against level synced dps players and extra enmity helps.
