House Furnishings Reclaim Time Limit

There is a policy to reclaim furnishings from a private chamber within 35 days. Well, as a member that was kicked from her FC in order for them to move into a bigger house, my items were lost. I was unaware of the move and my 35 days had expired. I have been a legacy member, which spent a lot of time and gil on my private chambers. Not to mention my wedding cake and other items that cannot be bought have been lost. This policy needs to change to have no time limit, or the policy with kicking members that have private chambers needs to be updated. These are items that I cannot get back and with the amount of time spent on this game, this should not have been taken from me!!
