Organized/casual end-game LS?

I don't want to raid 5 nights a week.
I don't want to raid 6 hours a night.
I don't consider myself 'hardcore' though I do tend to play 6-8 hours a day.

What I *am* looking for, is a shell that's organized around doing endgame/group content.

I have a few 'social' shells with a subset of players trying to do Ifrit, but nothing's organized, usually they see 2-3 people on that they know what to do it and then beg and scrape the rest of the people they need into doing adhoc runs at all hours of the day.

Are there any small, endgame only focused shells out there that are recruiting? I've capped/geared ARC and LNC, have Sentinel and Chainspell, working on Second Wind 2 at the moment.

i would catagorize Onslaught in that in there, but there are several shells in that list that may qualify for you too

I know you spent a lot of time on the list The only problem I have is that it still lists shells like 'WithFrosted', and lists 0nslaught as 'social & casual'.

I know there's a bunch of 'social' shells that are doing endgame content, I was hoping to find a shell strictly for high level grouping. When I played last winter I actually had two shells devoted solely to leve linking. That doesn't mean we weren't friendly to each other, but there was a bunch of us in other social shells already, we had mixed language people in the leve shell, etc, it just wasn't a chat shell. The leve link shells had light rules, schedules, expectations. You didn't just say "he social shell we're going to do an event Friday so try to show up" and then be disappointed when no one showed.
