How we can fix the Economy

To join forces and fix Besaid Economy.

Our Mission: As many of you have noticed, the economy is FFXIV has been absolutely horrific and continues to grow more so with this new patch. This is especially bad for new players which are now arriving in truck loads. If we want the community to grow we need to take care of our new players. By working together, as a linkshell and by combining efforts with other communities, we can make the wards work for us and the new comers.

What we need: At a minimum we need 3 volunteers from each Disciple of the Hand and Disciple of the Land professions to pioneer efforts in each city-state. We will work together to come up with appropriate and affordable prices for each crafted tool and gathered item. In order for this to work properly, we need to be in open communication to agree on what to sell and how much to sell it for. We can do this folks!

Well, that sounds like a great idea. I just came back from a long hiatus, and only have 17 CRP and 14 ARM, but would be glad to make as much low level items as I can to support the higher level crafters. I'm also planning on leveling CRP up rather quickly a long with botanist.

I've been making all the new tools for mid-level DoH/DoL. I've been putting the mid-20 tools up for 20k in the Ul'dah wards, which I think is way under what most people seem to be charging for new things.. but if anyone needs anything specific, just let me know. Unless they're super rare, I don't care if you have the materials, and I don't need money for them. Just want to level my crafts and help others do so.

Prices are starting to Drop, but are ridicules atm, but i'm not a crafter at all so, I'm happy to collect items for people if needed.
Not exactly the same as helping with the market, but if something is lala price but dropped by a sub Lv40 mob (if you don't know just ask) and don't have the mindset/time to farm I can look into helping people and setting a more sensible price arranged or something like that.

I dont play a huge amount but still.. its an offer.
As it might help newer people looking to help bring market prices down to a sensible level.

I've just moved back to my folks home and my internet card pretty much died last night and, of course, parental enmity (lmao). I hope alot of the people of besaid's server really get on board with this...as for myself i'm going to try as best i can to rank blacksmithing to a higher level and be of better benefit.

i worked at it a few days and purposely bombed the prices on felt so that its affordable
now got it going for 20k or so a piece instead of the 100k it was going for

it actualy costs more to make now(cuz of fleece prices which i refuse to farm) then it does to buy it
