[LFM][HC] Seeking players for A4S and future progression

Currently we are looking for the following: WAR.
What we expect from you:
Commitment (Be punctual, do not quit out early because you are frustrated, be prepared)
Proficient at your job (Know your job, the ability to adjust mid combat according to the situation, etc)
Be able to speak
Either have the enrage in A3S or experience in A4S (Highly preferred)
* About us:
We are a group of longtime friends and raiders who are tired of the slow progression we've experienced so far, and while playing with other friends is nice, it just wasn't going anywhere. A couple of us have also experienced other groups that have either too much drama or are very negative towards advice. The leader has 11 years of MMO experience and provides callouts and strategies, as well as organization. Our current plans are to tackle A4S quickly and then prepare for the next raid tier, where we are willing to dedicate time similar to that of "World Progression" to get things done quickly. We also tend to be social outside of raiding and do other things, but that is completely optional. I have cleared A4S, and two others have seen 4th leg; but we are quick to learn and adjust as needed (Our SMN has cleared A3S within 3 hours).
Tidbits:
PST times (9/10 PM starts due to work on certain days, Monday and Wednesday are open days so far, and will probably be our primary raiding days. Everyone is okay with taking time off work when raid tiers come out and such)
No FC requirement (You may join any of ours if you'd like)
- We are friendly and rather positive
- Aim is at least 4 days of raiding a week, have high playtimes
- Times may be slightly negotiable, PM to discuss them
