A Shining Example (of something not quite right)

The guildleve "A Shining Example" for Goldsmiths available in Ul'dah indicates it is a Level 30 leve when pertaining to the crafting of 5 Rubellites.

But it is obtained from the ~Level 40 category of leves.

Given that the recipe for Rubellites has very recently been adjusted, but no information is available on the Lodestone's recipe searching feature for this item, we have two possibilities:

1 - The recipe is suitable to Level 30 Goldsmiths and has been incorrectly categorized (and this may or may not be a localization issue).
2 - The listed recommended class/level should be 40 rather than 30 (and thus definitely a localization issue).

In either case, this is surely a sign that Eustace has so many leves that he not only doesn't know what to do with them, but they are also doing his head in.

The amount of experience points gained leads to possibility #1 and the issue has been already reported on In-Game Bugs forum. Right now it's just a matter of avoiding this leve if you see fit.
