Events

Well my guess is they want a community event not something only a handful of people get, imagine all the PO'ed people that participate and got nothing. People have been grinding for months now for various things, also guessing they do it a a treat to get something fairly easily and not another mind numbing grind. Just a way for them to say thanks and have some fun, not grinding content. Thats just my take on the event thing. The last event was pretty fun, atleast on our server was like a spring break beach party. Everyone got together and had some laughs, an escape from a grind for many.

your thinking way to single minded. its not like you host an event with 1 challenge and say goodluck and if you miss it, piss off. no of course not. its like a triangle. have a lot of easy silly events people can do, then fewer challenging ones and for those who really look and challenge themselves stumble across secret rare events where they get special unique items!

god that would made this game SO much better!
