Time on House removal/reclaming is way to short! (private houseing)

If it just because they want to take a break then no I don't feel sorry for them at out cause that is fully in their control. There are the ones that a truly affected by the reclaim timer but there also a lot of there that just don't want to pay the sub for X amount a time which falls into it a choice group. Oh and only the people that bought houses when first released can really claim they getting screwed cause anyone that bought a house recently or after the reclaim was added knew the rules of the reclaim.
