Time on House removal/reclaming is way to short! (private houseing)

Sorry but it could be 90 days + and people would still complain.

45 days is fine it gives people the time of 1 month sub + some breathing room.. not to mention you get 3 notices...

Sorry if you can't make it in game ( once, only once ) by then move over for active players and FCs who want to participate in currently exclusive content.

There is no excuse or reason that warrents withholding content from other players because you want to keep space you are not using... You. Are. Inactive. Period.

Harsh? Yes. Band Aid to an already broken system? Yes. However, this is necessary. A majority of the housing wards are ghost towns and no one is ever in them while there are hundreds of FCs that have been waiting for a house for over a year.

45 days is perfect. Like i said. It's a one month sub and some extra breathing room.
