Reports of bad lag spikes and timeouts through some regions have been coming in from different places. See a few hiccups in your trace as well...though they shouldn't be game breaking if it were an occasional blip. Congestion may be getting to the point that it is causing enough delayed/dropped packets for the session to drop though. If you were to run longer tests (like pathping or using the -n switch to make ping run longer), you might get a more accurate picture.

Or, it could just be configuration issues on SE's end still. They already had to make adjustments earlier today. May be more work needed.
