Uh... Well test where the stuff is breaking with the first suggestion, if it is breaking before it gets to Frankfurt, it's likely your ISP - try to contact them.

It miss 1 hop before it hits my ISP, but after it departs from london it misses 2 more hops before hitting frankfurt.

Yes it is my ISP fault ... and others european players have the same problem.. all around the same company group Orange France and Spain.. and i think it is problem with ADSL not with Optic fiber.

I just contact SE, waiting the response... and also open and incidence in my ISP Orange.
