Exchange Runestone - Now Impossible

I have a Runestone obtained before last patch , but now is imposible to get the necesary items for exchange due that are obsolete recipes. And the FNM now just drops the item.

Please implement option in Rowena to exchange the runestone for the gear.

[dev1201] Rowena (Ul’dah Merchants Strip 6,4) now only requires Allagan runestones in exchange for the various gear in her master’s collection.
