I find the current eso cap freeing in a way. I do my PvP roulette daily (and often play other games during the week as well). I do my Alex Normal to get my drops every week and A1S/A2S with my raid static. I also do Expert Roulette if I'm asked to or if I actually end up needing it to cap. After I've hit the Eso cap, I'm free to do pretty much whatever I want the rest of the week until reset. As an example, last week I fished for big fish for three days straight. If we were able to grind out 450 Eso a week per job... I'd probably be burning myself out on the game capping every job every week because I'd feel a compulsion to cap out the tomes lest they go to waste and to level the rest of my classes to 60 asap. Then weeks down the road I'd be wondering to myself 'wtf do I do with all this eso?'. I dunno. I think it's fine how it is; if you were able to get 13 x 450 tomes every week, eventually they'd be just as worthless as Law.
