    [LFM][MC] A3S Static LF 1 Blm/Smn, 1 Brd/Mch, 1 Mnk/Nin

    Hey!

    We are a [MC] static on Balmung with savage second clears. With life rearing it's head for some of our members, we slowed down and after over a year and a half of playing together (since Turn 5), finally had to part ways. We were working on A3S last phase (whilst pushing consistency on add phase), and want to be back and past this point as soon as possible.

    We now need 3 dps to replace those that had to leave. For all 3 positions we require you to be able to communicate and have a microphone, have a reasonable personality (bluntly, if you're a dick, can't have fun, or can't handle an interesting raid demenor this might not be a good fit), and commit to particular raid times (see below). The 3 positions are as follows.
    1. 1 Blm/Smn (We would ask that you be proficient on both! If not, convince me!)
      1 Brd/Mch (Either is fine, we know the pluses and minuses to each, but please be very proficient at 1 of these)
      1 Nin/Mnk

    Raid Times
    Historically, we've run 6-9 PST Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Saturday, but losing the 3 members, we have lost most of our time restrictions!

    Communication!
    We use a Discord server (When I get in contact with you, I'll organize a time with you and give you a link to the server so we can talk and get to know one another!). We have a backup TS3 server to use and often use an app called "Group Me" to talk to each other through smartphones outside of raid times (We also use this to organize raid times)
