Can we get an Official clarification on housing Demolish timer (45 or 90?)

Come to think of it, is it really against the TOS l to share an account within a household?

I know a lot of families have a spare character they created on someone's account to let their kiddo run around the game supervised. E.g. husband and wife each have an account, but the wife's account also has the kiddo's character so they can play together.

Even if it is, Square are not going to ban someone's account purely because a family member logged in for two seconds, and everyone knows this. People are just trying to find any form of argument against the fact people think 45 days is a valid time frame.

Plus Square would have absolutely no idea someone else was logging in for them in the first place.
