That would be because none of the things you listed are limited in #. Now, I will say, it would be nice if you could go on a "vacation mode" or something that essentially states that you will be gone for an extended period of time, but will definitely be back (so don't touch my stuff please). I'm fine with that honestly. But I don't think 45 days is unreasonable either. The bigger issue is that there are thousands of lots unavailable because no one has visited them in months or a year. These are what we are looking forward to honestly. I could care less about taking a house from someone who's been here for 2 years. I just don't like that there were houses sitting that NO ONE was using anymore and with no intent of it being used again.

And honestly, part of the reason they made the time limit what it was may have been incentive to continue paying sub. They are a business you know, not a charity. Some may quit because they deem this "unfair", but many will simply say "oh, guess I need to keep my sub going" and they'll simply do it. Not to say this is right or wrong, but it is what it is.
