Can we get an Official clarification on housing Demolish timer (45 or 90?)

There are no RL issues that can cause a 45-day period where you absolutely CAN'T log in for like a minute, while able to pay a subscription.
And if you actually come up with something so drastic, then losing some virtual items should be the least of your concerns.

Oh I disagree and if you're a paying customer you should be entitled to whatever you're sub is paying for. Sorry I disagree cause there are some real life issues like military deployment, illness and more that can keep people away for more than 45 days. Why does entering the house need to apply if you're paying for the sub and the game.
