Can we get an Official clarification on housing Demolish timer (45 or 90?)

Terrible comparison. A zeta is not finite and everyone can access it regardless of how many people has it. Housing on the other hand, is limited.

I'm putting this into the perspective of what if they took something very valuable to you for which you worked very very hard if for some reason you don't/can't resub every single month and need a break. How would you feel having something like your zeta taken away like that?

I think the 45 day timer is a bit short. Personally for me at least 60 days would be a bit more reasonable but be that as it may, there are tons of houses just sitting idle where people have left the game. Those homes need to be reallocated to users who will actually use them. This hopefully is only part one and that there will be additional wards and housing areas made available for those who want them.

Still not comparable. There are not only 1440 Zeta per Server and a weapon is not hogging server recources which makes it that exlusive. And if even if they took them away - pff let them, its only a skin ourdays - housing has actual benefits that most people cant enjoy due to people not caring/giving a shit about others

And it's a terrible comparison like I said. The effect is there (maybe), but the circumstances are not. Having my "Zeta taken away" is not the same as "having my zeta taken away so other people can use it". The former has absolutely no justification, and is literally just copping out your progression just cause. The latter (and then I'd question why do we have limited gear/character progression availability) is needed in an MMO setting if things become scarce, yet inactive players can hold onto it indefinitely.

Actually, you can perform your break if you want so. You can take of for 1.5 months. If you want to be away any longer, well than thats your problem.
