> Punctual to raids and prepared beforehand e.g. with pots/food at the ready.
> Constantly looking to improve posting logs onto FFlogs and comparing with other healers and wanting to constantly know how i can improve.

What i am looking for:
> progression focused group with a clear mind in clearing A4s and future content quickly and smoothly.
> Punctual players so raids start on time and are not delayed.
> A fun set of people outside of raid that i can socialise with either on other games or within FFXIV.
