Seeking experienced Tank for savage and beyond+

Hello, my static is looking for an experienced Tank for Alexander Savage and beyond. We raid Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7:00pm - 11:00pm EST. Our team is currently on A3s twister phase, however we are more than willing to give players on earlier turns/phases a try.

What we seek in an individual:

• Must be experienced in his/her job/class - For tanking, this includes managing CD's for tank busters and stance dancing for maximum DPS output - especially in burn phases.

• Capable of adapting and adjusting on the fly - There are tons of different strategies people use for different turns in Savage. We understand it is easy to get comfy to doing a particular turn a specific way with a previous group or pugs. However, ideal candidates must be open to and adapt/adjust to different strategies.

• Must be open minded - Reiterating the above statement, we seek players who are open to new strategies. This concept also applies to the player's role. We are seeking a Tank that is capable/willing to rolling 2/3 of the current Tank jobs.

• Capable of maintaining a calm demeanor - Raiding savage was/is intended by the developers to be content catered to more "hard-core" players. Players are/will be expected to consistently bash their heads against a problem numerous times. This can cause individuals to become frustrated and the likes, however for raiding to be fun and enjoyable, people must stay calm, cool, and collected.

• Must be motivated to raid/enjoy the raid scene - If you only raid for loot, this might not be the group for you. We seek individuals who raid because they enjoy everything raid has to offer. This includes the frustrations; the blood sweat and tears; and the goal - the accomplishment of doing what the majority could not. Loot is grand, but that is not our goal. What brings us together and motivates us is the feeling of accomplishment.

• Willingness to improve - This is self explanatory. We aren't looking for players who think he/she is a god at what he/she does. There is always room for improvement even if you have already cleared/done something multiple times. TLDR: Stay hungry, but be humble. This philosophy is what drives our group. We always strive to reach higher, better numbers/ranks on leader boards like fflogs to challenge ourselves as individuals and as a group.

What we seek in an individual is what this group has to offer you as well. Each and every one of us currently in the group is extremely motivated and determined to take down savage. We rise and fall as a team, and we work towards a goal as a team. This group consists of players who are skilled at his/her job. But, we are relatively laid back in terms of personality.
