My cousin seen this thread and laughed and told me a story that happened in FFXI.

So if anyone played FFXI during that time where if you dropped party or alliance you could still talk and see what they were saying you'd get this, it was a bug they had to patch.

So he said basically they went into necropolis to help someone get the paper for level cap and the bell from the shadows, so another group was down there and he and his friends decided to help them even after they got their friend the stuff.

So right after he helped them he said good luck and them said thank you, after he dropped alliance he said nobody said anything then all of a sudden from the other group who was still in necropolis, starts talking mad crap about everyone in his group how and cussing out calling them names even laughing about it.

then he goes so is that how you really feel about someone helping you out with your items, and they got silent and then they all started to log out because they were so ashamed.

Had to be the worst MT anyone had done according to him, the expressions were golden he said they did !!!! and ??? and what the hell even one said sorry =( and they logged out one by one.

Not in this game, but in Wow I was whispering a co-officer about kicking our holy paladin from the raid, talking crap about them and right then that holy paladin whispered me to ask me a question right as I was hitting quick reply, I didn't realize it had switched my whisper target to the holy paladin and went on with more trash talk straight to the person I was talking about.....

was doing Ravana ex and was joking hard with my FC mates (shouldn't have been chatting in raid lol please do not do the same)

Well I told my buddy "I wann suck your Hairy nips XD" well I was switching chats to fast and that went into my party chat O.O

One of the guys said "you don't have to suck hairy nips mine are shaved " and well we wiped from ppl laughing to hard lol I learned my lesson no more joking during active times XD

Had a dungeon once where the tank didn't have very good gear (was missing pieces in some slots altogether, and out of date pieces in the others), meaning it was very hard to heal him. Went to moan about how bad the tank was in my raid linkshell, accidentally left it on party chat.

And, unfortunately, people are going to complain. Especially about pugs in the DF to their LSs and FCs.

The moral is really never criticize anyone for anything, ever.

But that's not realistic and we're all humans. We need to vent sometimes, and it's well established that people who particularly are acting rotten likely aren't going to admit they're being rotten when approached about it. So that leaves one safe option.

One of the people in my FC was actually bullying me, with the officers/leader looking the other way each time and even egging them on sometimes, so I think my complaining to my friend was justified.
